The Hoollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary renamed on 25 May 2004, formerly known as the Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary or Hollongapar Reserve Forest, is an isolated protected area of evergreen forest located in Jorhat district of Assam, India. The sanctuary was officially established and renamed in 1997.
Orang National park is the oldest game reserve of the State just on the northern bank of river Brahmaputra with an area of 78.80 sq. kms and it is an important breeding ground for varieties of Fishes.
Pobitora National Park is situated in the Marigaon district of the state of Assam. The national park is located about 48 km by from Guwahati.
